About Me
My name is Eoin (pronounced Owen) Banahan, and I am an organisational development specialist and managing director of RoundRose Associates Ltd
The RoundRose mission is:
“to identify and develop the behaviours that both individuals and organisations need to be effective in the network age”.
Apart from my work as a consultant I am also a Visiting Professor in Change Management at the Audencia Business School in Nantes France and a Teaching Associate at the Warwick Business School, University of Warwick, in the UK. From 2000 until 2018, I was a Visiting Associate Professor at the Institut d'Administration des Entreprises, Aix-en-provence, France and from 2003 until 2006, I was Adjunct Professor and Assistant Dean at the Berlin School for Creative Leadership, Steinbeis University, Germany. I have also taught at the Solvay Business School, ULB, in Brussels and at SKOLKOVO, Moscow School of Management, Russia, amongst others.
Over the past 30 years I have worked for several organisations in both private and public sectors providing consultancy and training in matters related to management development. I have been an expert consultant for the European Commission since 1997.
This blog is a platform for personal expression on issues of interest to me and at times, a humorous reflection on some of the idiosyncrasies of human behaviour and events happening in the world around us.
I would encourage you to leave a comment to any of the content posted here. I welcome the exchange of views and opinions.
